I was in Chicago recently and saw a CFA. I don't have one near me and I got excited to try it after all of these threads. I was already fed so I decided I'd have it the next day. The next day was Sunday  I forgot that part. Still waiting for my first CFA.That sucks. Same thing happened to me years ago when I went to my brother's house in SC. I was DYING to try them. We ate elsewhere on Sat. as it was a busy day, so then Sunday I was SO looking forward to my first "Chik-Fil-A experience" and was just crushed when he said they weren't open on Sunday. Back then I knew nothing of the politics or beliefs of the owners, so I didn't believe him and made him drive by there so I could see for myself. Well next time I see one, I don't care if I just ate a 5 course meal, I'm stopping! I'm not making that mistake again. Stomachs are elastic, it'll take one for the team. LMAO--that's what I did last March when we went down there! We arrived at 8:30PM and I was NOT hungry. We passed one--eager to see my beloved nieces--but I whipped a U-turn and pulled in and ordered a spicy chick and waffle fries. My wife thought I was NUTS. I said, "My brother may not want to eat here tomorrow and by Gawd I'm not doing without my Hate Chicken!" Ended up eating their again on Sat. but it was worth stuffing myself with two evening meals! Can't wait to do it again in two months!

Skip the fries. You could also get a salad or wrap. The basic fried chicken on a bun is good, but skip the waffle fries.
