The Saudi Intelligence Services are very well-informed about world leaders, so they have known for a while that "Michelle" is a tranny. That's why "she" was blotted out. There's a freaking package trying to escape from under that dress, and they can't let that be seen on national television, or else too many Saudi nationals would get excited. Case solved, thank you.
