My first choice is open carry, and I hope that by some miracle it gets to the floor for a vote.
I don't support campus carry, because I fundamentally oppose carve outs for special interest groups. But I will say, the epic amount of butt hurt I am seeing here from certain members (inclusing those in-austin) makes up for the let down.

I don't open carry for my own reasons, but have no problem if somebody else wants to. I can't believe these idiots managed to get a gun bill shot down, I was under the impression that this was a lead pipe cinch. Bloomberg couldn't have done better work in his best dream.
