It's about fucking time... but FBHO won't let him be imprisoned or punished (ie- hang the deserting sonofabitch), because he let the taliban cocksuckers free

Who is LTC Shaffer? Can I get a link or something? Call me a skeptic.

It's no wonder Obama has been hiding the Bergdahl report. Obama the radical Islamist trades 5 Taliban bad guys for a traitor.
Good. Are we going to prosecute anyone in the administration for aiding terrorists if he's guilty?
I think the Taliban kept him alive because he was helping them. They traded him instead of chopping his head off as a reward for his help. His final act of aid to the enemy was to get his dad to help force a trade for the 5 terrorists. |
Quoted: Why did we bother trading for him then? View Quote Because this didn't go the way zero and his people thought it would go. They actually thought, per Susan Rice, that they could sell the Berghdal served with distinction myth, or whatever. The MSM would have been glad to rally around that message, which, IMO they tried to do, then shifted to the "who are we to judge?" line. But the groundswell of truth from the men who served with the deserting cowardly piece of shit could not be countered. But, recall that they tried to make the whole platoon out to be a bunch of axe grinding, hazing liars. ETA spelling/context |

Watch Obama pardon him on his last day in office. If he's tried and convicted, this. I can't find anything official other than LTC Snow's statement. How will the army release this info? Will it be on JAG website if there is such a thing? |

I assume they'd either do a press release or a press announcement by the PAO of the base where he's assigned. |

I guess he keeps the $300,000 back pay regardless of the outcome.

Don't expect to see him in a trial anytime soon, if at all. It'll probably be 6 months, minimum, before the actual trial starts. And 50/50 chance there's a plea deal. And they'll probably seal the courtroom. |

This'll never happen as it should. View Quote No it won't. I'll bet money that he never sees the inside of a cell. At this point, I'm a realist enough to take comfort that this means the truth about him comes out. It won't change the minds of some people, but the majority that only know what they hear in the news will finally be able to judge for themselves what he did and what kind of person he is. |

I'm skeptical. No link, and who the fuck is LTC Shaffer?
If true, about fucking time. |
