Since the end result of this is punishing those who have done nothing wrong, I would like to suggest the following. Add this to their proposal" if any politician is found guilty of wrongdoing, corruption or misuse of funds, all politicians who have any representation of that area will all go to prison, forfeit any pension and all campaign funds in there possession will be confiscated.
