Delicious. And hey - did you know you can muddle with the narrow end of beer bottle? I could find my muddler, so I found a field expedient replacement.

I should make a video, but TrojanMan is a hard act to follow.

Recipe?  Oh and in before the "manly" Arfcommers say it is a girl drink.

And for your moment of levity, The Kids in the Hall's "Girl Drink Drunk"

Used to drink a lot of those, back in the day when the company I work for actually had a manufacturing plant in P.R.

Never realized how much I liked having to "go" there to fix things until they closed it.

Arfcom style:

Squeeze the ever-loving shit out of half a lime into the glass.
Stir in 2 TBSP of sugar
Add ~12 Mint leaves (mine are fairly large).
Muddle them with a uh...muddler. I used the narrow end of a Great Lakes Brewing Co IPA bottle, because I'm a displaced hick.
Add 3oz of rum. I like 'em a little stiffer than most. Traditionally, I think you use 1.5-2oz.
Top the glass off with ice. You're supposed to use crushed ice, but I don't have any. Fuck 'em.
Top off with some club soda. Stir it a little.

Garnish with a faggoty mint sprig, if desired. I desired.

I've made more than a few of those over the years.  Damn good on a hot summer day.

A frozen Mojito is the drink of the gods. Same recipie except leave out the club soda, instead float it on top with a splash of 151.

I'm drinking mine with snow on the ground, because I was one of those kids who crammed the triangle through the square hole.

Nice score.

I don't think I've seen the variety pack around here, but those are all available individually at my local party barn. Plus, they'll let you make your own twelver.

Now, to add a little variety to your mojito drinking, just so you don't gt burned out, use some bourbon and make mint juleps.

A good mojito is one of my favorite drinks. They're great too cause you can drink a lot of them before you get drunk....unless you make them like me and they are 50% booze.

I happen to have some Four Roses, Bulleit (which shall I use?) and some leftover mint leaves. Hmmm...

Use the bulleit.  It's a mixed drink, so no need to use the expensive stuff.

Nothing at all "girly" about a Mojito.  If it was good enough for Hemingway...

Now, there is a VERY gay drink based on the Mojito that has an added "ingredient" I won't get into, which I just found while searching for Ernie's mojito recipe and had not heard of before (THANK GOD!).  The guy in the Mythbusters thread may like it, though.
