I'm surprised at the number of sig 226 responses, because you don't hear much about them in GD.

HK P30 this thing just molds to your hand ( I think they make the grips out of titties)
If I can't have that, then I'll pick the Beretta 92FS |

Glock 17. I shoot them well and am invested in the platform.

Sig 226
Fits my hand perfectly and I can shoot it really well. |

And why? The beretta 92g for me. Parts availability , accurate as hell, good controls parts have a long life before replacement is necessary. Sig226 is a close second. It parts were as available as the 92 it would probably be first. View Quote |

Glock 17. I've heard good things about Hi Powers and CZ75s but I've never shot either. 92FS would be a close second.

I know you said full sized, but I will still pick CZ 75 Compact because it does everything a full size gun can do (and this is coming from a guy that owns the full sized version as well.)
Other than for bulls eye/ competition shooting, I really think full size pistols have nothing to offer over midsize pistols, especially the ones that take the larger magazines as well. |

G23 G1 or Gx with stupid finger grips filed down. along with Lone Wolf 9mm Barrel
Simple gun ridiculously reliable parts commonality with other glocks Shoot 9mm or .40SW Light and easy to carry millions of glocks around for spare parts if necessary can take either midsize or full size or 30 rd mags Close 2nd would be my SW M&P Pro but the sights on that one suck and it's bigger |
