I scheduled it last week not knowing about this rioting thing.  Typically during riots I stay as far away from Newark as possible.

Should I cancel knowing that I will probably lose the job if I do?

If I go, I should probably take my F-250 instead of my service van, I can run over higher mounds of people with the pickup.

Decisions decisions...

Well, if you lived in a free state, you could go pretty heavily armed.

Sometimes you have to weigh the risks against the benefits.

I do not see anything in New Jersey, let alone Newark having any benefits.

If things get too crazy, I would stop at Forno's in Newark and get a nice meal and drink some sangria while waiting it out.

Those v-shaped plows that resemble cow catchers seem ideal for riot clearing duties.

Plow would be an excellent riot defense, that or put job applications all over the truck

Newark, NJ

How many people got off the train in Newark by mistake thinking the conductor called out New York and ended up staying in Newark ???

Newark is probably  no better or worse than Baltimore and I had to go into Baltimore City ( downtown ) late Monday night.

Got in and out without incident though we did drive through one intersection as the police were descending on it.

Heard the next morning that an armed robbery had just occurred there.

I know another contractor that does alot of work for the same company I do alot of work for.
He was going to Newark to estimate a project for them today (something I estimated last week)

He is also a hunter, gun guy, etc... Wouldn't have surprised me if he was a member here.

LCL is the initials of the project
