I don't mean condition.  I mean, POS.  As in left the factory as a POS.

I'm pretty sure I have you all beat.  I own one of these:

HK-VP70.

I didn't pay for it, as it was a gift from my uncle.
Aesthetically displeasing, weird sights, and the worst trigger in the history of polymer handguns.

I would have been pissed to pay full price when they were released.

Hellcat .380 . It is a steaming pile of bloody, ebola infested shit. I literally can't sell it for $50 so it sits in the very back of the safe. One of the few guns I inherited when my uncle died a few years ago.

91/30 that had such a badly out of round chamber it would egg steel cases to the point you'd have to kick the bolt HARD to open it.

I still have a Ruger Mini 14 and a Ruger P89 from 1984.  However, they will both go BOOM every time. The Mini lacks in accuracy and the P89 is a brick.

The H&R .22 revolver I bought when I was a kid. Total piece of crap that fails to fire half the time despite numerous spring swaps and trips to a very skilled gunsmith in my area. This problem coupled with the horrendous finish and terrible trigger make it the worst gun I will ever own.

If it wasn't the first gun I ever bought, I would have gotten rid of it years ago.

I just snapped this pic for capnrob97's Saturday Night Special thread.  It fits here.  German kitch from the '60s.  Being a pre-1968 item it has no official existence.

Raven P25 my FIL gave my wife. It's a cheap POS but does eat ball ammo reliably for the box I put through it. Hasn't been fired in about 7 years and it's embarrassing to keep in the safe. Oh well.

I have the Calico M-105 with the wooden stock.  I cut the flash hider down, threaded the barrel, slapped a red dot and suppressor on it and I have 100 rounds of pretty accurate silence.  The gun is definitely quirky, but 100 rounds suppressed is a win!

I have a Jennings 22 that needs a new recoil spring.  It will not cycle a new round.

ETA: It was free.  An old guy turned it in to my department.  I save every gun I can from destruction even if they suck.

Sig mosquito.  I actually like shooting it, and it is pretty accurate at 15 yards, but it is not reliable.  Here are days when I may shoot 200 rounds without a hick up, but here are days when I have problems with every magazine.

They might be classified as junk but having shot them both extensively, I wouldn't want to be looking down the business end of either one.

My neighbor has two Jennings .22s.  Usually only one of them is marginally functional at any given time.  They are both AMAZINGLY inaccurate.

Bryco Jennings nine. Custom 2 tone pot metal/black. Serious piece of shit. Will only cycle consistently if you hold it sideway while firing. Not joking...

It's a Galessi .25. I bought it for like $50 in a parking lot many years ago because...hmmm...I think it was because none of my pistols sucked. This one does. It's awful. It mostly fires, it will occasionally chamber the next round. I think it's made of wadded-up tinfoil. I can't sell it because it sucks, and I live in Kentucky so I can't even find a gun buy-back.

I need to figure out some sort of artistic project to do with it. Maybe I could make it into a coat hanger or a Christmas tree item ornament our something.

CZ 712 that has been sitting broken for like 3 years. Never worked reliably with 3" shells, sent back to CZ and it still wasn't right. Extractor broke and I just said fuck it and bought a Beretta.

Throw the Sig into a burn pile. Take the PF-9 out and SHOOT it.

My PF-9 ran like crap the first 160-180 rounds. Once I hit 200, it has been like butter.

I had one of those early .22 mag pistols that I took on trade for something.
I let it sit around forever before I tried it.
The FIRST magazine went FULL AUTO on me!.....scared the CRAP out of me!
20 rounds went thru it in about 1 second!
All I could do was hang on and keep it pointed away from me!!
I traded it to a guy (Full Auto Manufacturer) who was going to re-work it.
Good luck to him!.....I traded the gun for some custom leather gear he was going to make for me and he never sent the leather.
Asshole!
