Well, are they?
ETA: Oops, forgot the "of" |
I'd rather smell second hand smoke than some of the sickly smelling shit you people "vape".
I'm not afraid of it, but man, that stuff smells like wet humid mold or something. it's gross.
Some young kid was blowing that shit around in the gym the other night. I had a nice laugh when some meathead walked up to him and told him to take it outside. The look on his face was priceless

Why should non addicts be forced to breathe your carcinogen laden shit?
A guy I know vapes some stuff that smells like vanilla/Devil's Spit bbq sauce from Famous Daves/cum.
It's looks disgusting and smells like wet moldy dog shit. Some fat yellow fingered bitch a few tables over from us got into an argument with a restaurant manager over it and sounded like a fool with her " it's a vapor, it's a vapor"

I huff the stuff and even I wanna puke when I walk into a vape store where the shit hangs like fog. You get the chicken dinner for being smart enough to know the difference between the word "afraid" and the words "disgusted by".... which I don't recall including in the OP. |

I hate people with bad bo as well as who vape.
Do you think you're so fucking special you need to inconvenience everyone around you? Op are you a special snowflake? Posted Via AR15.Com Mobile |

Depends on what is being "vaped". There are other things people can put into those things besides what you buy over the counter.

First off, I don't smoke OR vape. And I hate cigarette smoke.
That being said, my girlfriend has tried to quit smoking by vaping. First off, pomegranate flavor smells AWESOME. Second, it's entertaining to hear the smokers who don't want to quit smoking all of a sudden be SO concerned with "health issues" of vaping. It's food grade glycerine and flavoring. Just like the fog machines used in nightclubs, as said above. The stuff is completely harmless. Are you "inconvenienced" by smelling an air freshener, or walking by a bakery? Suck it up, buttercup. You sound weak. There is pushback on vaping by the government and the tobacco companies because the more people that vape, the less tobacco is smoked. They don't get tax money for that. The tobacco companies are losing sales. So, they want to force vapers out into smoking areas, restrict the sale of vaping juice, etc to discourage people from taking up this harmless activity that replaces smoking tobacco. It's about the money. Of course it's best to not smoke OR vape. But vaping is a much, much better option to someone who is addicted to nicotine and must do one or the other, at least until they're weaned from the habit. |

I don't vape and I quit smoking years ago... Personally it's difficult for me to imagine being such a fucking pussy that you bitch about vaping. Harden the fuck up. This post was not directed at any particular person |

If I'm not mistaken, "vape" still contains high levels of nicotine (the reason people actually "vape". The free mist (stuff not inhaled by the user) is inhaled by those around the user. Now, as I remember, nicotine is a poison. So WHY should I be forced to inhale poison so YOU can be "free"? Your rights end where my nose (and mouth, and lungs) begin.

They should sell an injectable formulation that enables nicotine addicts to dose themselves more discreetly.

Am I the only one who finds the word "vape" to be annoying? View Quote No. It's the same as VaJayJay. Same as Shotty. Willfully ignorant and juvenile, but not in a funny way, as in the word, "Tarded" or "Asshat" I think it's the white-nerd-hipster aspect that makes it most annoying. |

View Quote Unless you overdose on the drug nicotine, it is for the most part HARMLESS. As harmless as caffeine. You're going to get nastier stuff in you from auto exhaust, or just plain environmental factors... especially in the absolutely minute concentrations of nicotine that MAY be in second hand 'mist.' Besides, those that are using vaping as a method to stop smoking continuously decrease the level of nicotine in their juice so it's not as concentrated as you think. Nicotine isn't the health concern in smoking. It's the stuff that goes along for the ride... stuff like tar, carbon monoxide, formaldehyde, ammonia, hydrogen cyanide, arsenic, and DDT. None of that stuff is in the food grade glycerine vapor "juice" used in vaping. |

They claim harm, they claim fear or harm, they claim they don't like the way it looks, then they just make a personal attack on the individual. |

Some of that vape shit smells like a bag full of assholes.
There's a local pizza joint that has already banned vaporizers. |
It's the nasty smell, not the vapor that bugs most folks. Take that shit outside.

I am curious, when you guys say you smell the vapor, and you hate it because it smells like shit...do you really smell anything, or do you just mentally make up a smell?
I have never smelled anything from vaporizer, and I have a pretty good sense of smell. I can smell if a chick has a tampon in, I can smell if someone has weed in their pocket, I can tell if someone owns a dog or cat and I can easily tell if someone smokes but I have never smelled vape. I think some of you folks are so filled with hate, and have such messed up minds that you think you smell something. It's kind of like when a liberal gets into a fearful panic attack whenever they see a gun. |
To each their own, but I have to say it does make me cringe thinking that I am inhaling something that was in someone's wet lungs prior to entering my respiratory system.....just sayin.

Better stick with tampon sniffing and be grateful. |
