No one has these in hand yet so no one knows what that's going to entail. No one knows yet what other factory parts are going to be available. |

Ordered several from every distributor I could today! Not in stock yet, but orders placed! My distributors don't have them listed yet. Shitty thing about not having a retail store front. Can a non ffl order from a distributor? If so which ones? Some might, I don't know. I'm an 07 FFL and my shop is behind my house, and while I do have open hours, most distributors want an address separate from your home, and photos of your store front, sign, and display area. The core of my business is doing work for retail shops. That is gay. If the ATF believes you have a legitimate business, what are distributors worried about? No idea, but the majority of distributors do it. And it's the best distributors too. |

So pistol only?
Surely they will sell stocks to those who want to sbr, unless they are made so you cannot install a stock. Id rather just add the stock. I saw the sig brace, not interested. I would assume we dont know much about the stock availability or how it mounts? |

So if the SIG brace is available, would that mean you could throw a normal AR buffer tube and stock on it once your stamp comes back? Not ideal, but if factory stocks aren't a possibility its be the next best thing. And depending on the the size of the market outside of this site that would SBR one, couldn't a third party make a stock relatively similar to the factory stock?

Some 556's come with it. My 556 Holo didn't so I bought one right after I got the rifle. It was about $100 but this was back in 2009. |

The attachment system for the EVO is a vertical slot at the rear of the receiver, and takes less than a second to remove or attach whatever you're going to use. Don't be thinking of just AR tube folding stocks...

plus once these come out and people make aftermarket parts how can you tell if generic part A is American or imported. There are these guys called "firearm and toolmark examiners" who are pretty good at that. ATF employs a bunch of them. I think that if you actually get to the point that they're looking at your parts, they'll be able to bust you. I also think that if you actually get to the point that they're looking at your parts, you have bigger problems than 922(r). Very true. But a thing to think about is that it won't take much to get their attention nowadays. Bet trying to Form 1 an M16 through a trust is enough. |

If its shorter than 29 inches, it's shorter than the Storm and there's its major appeal to me. Dont get me wrong, its a sexy looking gun, and I certainly wouldnt turn one down if given one... But I dont have enough disposable income at the moment to buy one... That could change in the future though. |

It's a valid point but the Skorp has the potential to do a bunch of things better than the storm. Its almost like saying if your going to get a storm just get a hi point. A Skorp in Tok would be the cat's ass though. |

Why would 922(r) apply if you are SBRing it? Wouldn't the SBR be "manufactured" in the USA with the Form 1?
Sorry if this is a stupid question... |
