Shit. I like coffee out of a drip brewer better, but my wife is disabled and if I'm not home, she has a hard time handling the pot and coffee grounds. We got her a Keurig and she loved it. It just crapped the bed a month ago and I doubt she'll want an off-brand coffee maker.

I just bought a Keurig for a Christmas gift (to wife and I). It's a 2.0 Does this mean I can only use Keurig K-cups and there are generic ones on there? And If I use a "new" 2.0 K-cup I can keep the chip on said cup and mount to the generic K-cups? Did I miss anything? |

I have a keurig, haven't used it for over a year as it is just not smart financially due to the amount of coffee i drink..I am better off getting beans from my local roaster.

I don't think that's correct. ANY K-Cup branded "Keurig Brewed" will work. The "generic" ones that aren't branded "Keurig Brewed" won't work. It says it on the box of K-cups. Most of the K-cups available at Costco are branded. |
