He's good witnesses ande fen reporter said he shot defending his wife. Wife assaulted/ knocked down and possibly chocked from behind husband sees this and come to aid the wife.

Good for the old guy. Hope his wife is ok. Old folks tend to break stuff pretty easy when they fall down, not to mention being knocked down in a violent scuffle.

The great thing about Texas gun laws is obviously not the freedom of carry.
It is the freedom to use in defense of life, property, chattel and not just your own. While the freedom/ease of carry issue needs to be fixed Texas does have it right where it counts the most. Carrying a gun means a lot more when you can actually use it for its intended purpose without being prosecuted. Excellent shoot. |
