Trying to decide between .300 Blackout or 7.62x39 in AR platform.

I've read some of the 300's have pressure/FTE/FTL problems unless you go with a pistol gas system.  I like using the same mags, brass and BCG but don't care for the limited availability and range of the 300.

7.62x39 offers a slightly harder hitting round with slightly more range with cheap easily obtained ammo. But has designated mags and may lack in accuracy to a certain degree.

Give me your opinions ... I really cant decide.

I assume this is for hunting?

Why is .308 not an option?

Will you be reloading?

I actually have a couple of .308's    AR10 and Bolt but I have a built lower Im looking to do something different with. Already have an M4 style and an 20" A3 style. Just cant see building another .223 and I have plenty of .223 brass I can reform and I have 7.62x39 on hand.  Would probably use the new build for hog hunting if I get the chance but wouldn't use it for deer hunting here in Kodiak. Just looking for pros and cons on either using the AR platform.

ETA: yes I reload so using my brass to make the 300 is a non issue

Does anyone make a fully reliable 762x39 upper these days? Curious more than anything.

6.5 PCC

Reform brass (not an issue, right?)

Uses 5.56 bolt and mags too.

.300 black out sbr/suppressed would be a fun range toy/HD carbine.
