If I sight in and then decide I have a little tunnel vision on the hunting trip. Will moving the magnifier back two spots on my rail affect zero? Will I have to resight before hunting tomorrow?

For practical purposes, I wouldn't think so. It just magnifies the reticle of your eotech which should be sighted in. For your peace of mind try shooting 1-2 rounds to confirm your zero.
