Google "dabumentary" or dabbing wax. There is a YouTube video on this new form of smoking cannabis in a way which it can be smoked in public without detection. This is the new thing where the wax contains much more THC than traditional weed. what the fuck does this have to do with anything Don't be a dick It probably has something to do with vaping and getting high, like he said, unnoticed. It's a pretty wide leap from asking permission to vape to doing so for express purpose of using illicit drugs. It was just a reply to his "what the fuck does this have to do with anything" to Jurisprudent. jurisprudent has posted that exact thing in a few other vaping threads. He trolls em for some reason. |

I've been vaping for a few years now and know a few people who vape wax. I gave a buddy of mine one of my "starter kits" from like 2010 and he said it worked for his "needs." Itty bitty little tank on a 900Mah "stick" battery, no larger than cigarette lighter. I think he uses "oil" in it rather than wax, though. To be honest, I'm a bit at sea on that aspect of vaping. It's been a long time since I did illicit drugs but, apparently, wax and oil is the way to go from a potency and healthy delivery perspective. |

I see 7+ yr olds with this in their pocket in my area. http://shop.jacklinks.com/product/detail/05045.aspx
The main reason they have it is to emulate what they see they dad do. In itself harmless, but if it leads to kids starting to chew tobacco what does that make it? |

Vape is so much better than cigs that I would never, ever have tried cigs if I vaped first. That being said, seems like a good way to wander into hookah, which is a fucking expensive hobby to feed.

As someone who has worked in a cigar/tobacco shop that sold Vape gear, I've told many teens to get lost from my shop.

I can't understand why anyone that didn't smoke would even want to. I can see using it to quit smoking but anything else just seems dumb. View Quote Marijuana. ETA: Assuming that no legal or illegal drugs are involved, the best reason "why not" is that we don't know how harmful the practice is. It's not water vapor, but polyethylene glycol and whatever's in the flavoring. Although polyethylene glycol is "generally recognized as safe," that designation did not take into consideration the chronic, direct inhalation of its vapor and flavor additives. It may be negligibly harmful, or may end up being very harmful, but we don't know. What we do know is that not vaping is safe. So, I think the more important question is, "Why?" Sounds to me, OP, that this might be a good opportunity to let him make his own decision about doing fashionably retarded crap just to fit in. «tc2k11» |

Meh. View Quote Meh indeed. Not like he is asking for a motorcycle, or wants to take up skydiving. If vaping 100% for sure healthier then not doing it. I doubt it. Is it safer then a lot of other things in life that people do for fun? Probably. And yes, there is a mechanical, engineering and design aspect to it. I just got into the modding side of vaping, it is a whole world of DIY stuff. |

What's the point if there is no nicotine? Guess I don't understand I vaped to quit smoking and it worked like a charm for me. That said, I considered it a means to an end - not a standalone activity. Many in his "tech" classes vape and he wants to try it. He already has tried it. Let him. On the scale of rebellious behaviors used to establish a bit of independence, it'sabout the same as a bad haircut. |
