The first incident where the soldiers were run over involved a recent convert to the religion of peace (white guy born and breed in Quebec) that wanted to go over to Syria and fight but was prevented when his passport was taken away from him.

Latest incident is yet to be determined.

The US (Can, GB, AUG .. etc) already have plenty of guys that went over, got training, and are now back in the US ... as well as home grown ISIL supporters.
