Everywhere I have worked, spitting on someone is assault. If you wanted to press charges it would be legal to do so. ETA: I am not a cop and the cop arrested the guy who spit on my during the course of my duties. I had no problem with it, guy had it coming. |

I am curious as to what training the cop underwent that caused him to be familiar with what saliva feels like in his ear canals as opposed to other bodily fluids in his ear canals. How did he instinctively know it to be saliva and not any other fluid on earth? That is a damn good cop. |
