A Glock 18C

The practical size of the 17, and all the firepower you could ever want with a funswitch.

The infinite ammo supply means that you don't have to care about it being a bullet hose.

IF, well, if i just got the gun. ( with no restrictions and could do what i want with it....) it would go like this.

1. i want the surviving .45 luger prototype.
2. sell protype for $1 million plus bucks.
3. pay off my land. $90k
4. build a sweet home/ mini farm, bol there and equip it oh. $300k max
5. buy class 3 weapons. mp5's, m16's, g-18's,  night vision, ammo, etc.  $200k
6. put approx $400k in the bank, and buy something cool every now and again, shoot deer, and have a veg garden.

7. BUY A  ARMORED VEHICLE......( maybe a 1/2 track, a bearcat, or something along those lines. .
8. buy a m2 50 cal machine gun.

winning.

This.  If you only get 1 gun forever I'd want it to be something I can CCW.
Or do you get to add 1 to your current collection?  If that's the case then I go with the minigun.

Without wondering about which rare antique would bring me the most in resale , I'd choose an MSR in 338 LM. Since they released the first pics years ago , I've been drooling over them , steadily . If I ever get a full size mill of my own ,I will endeavor to replicate the chassis for a rugged mag-fed action of my own....but with one slight change , a barrel block design instead of the typical receiver mounting . And a 30" fluted barrel in 338 Edge.

Assuming it was truly the last firearm I'd ever own (no selling it to fund other guns)?

MAG-58/GPMG/M240.  Light enough to carry (just).  Spare parts are available.  And I'd be KING the open-carry 'tards once I got photographed in a Starbucks with that thing...

Not sure, but I can tell you it would make alot of loud noises, and would keep making them as long as I held the trigger.

For a little while, anyway.

It would be real hard to choose....

I'd narrow it down to these... of course since I am not paying for the ammo and there is no recourse or laws using it....

Davy Crockett

Kashtan CIWS

MK19

Triple Miniguns

Some honorable mentions would be the-

Glock 18
Quad 50
Dual M2
Gau8
Magpul PDR (FA)

And you can only choose 1 , which one do you choose and why? There are no restrictions , no gun laws , and you get a lifetimes supply of ammo to run the firearm so ammo cost is not a factor. The firearm you choose will be the last firearm you ever own and is subject to failure , I mean this is the real world not fantasy people!

You can add any attachments to the firearm you choose to get the most out of it and to best suit your needs.

I honestly don't know what I would choose that's why I made this thread for ideas!

Thanks. I almost forgot to perform my daily ritual of kicking myself in the ass for not buying the Remington M40 repro a few years ago.
