Interesting enough I would have gladly voted for Dr Greg Brannon, who is a constitution principled small government true 2nd amendment guy, yet the GOPe pushed Thom Tillis, Graham's next lapboy. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

I do truly fear they, the Democrat party, own the electorate in large population centers, the recent Arizona ballot stuffer proof of the issue.
if Republicans, with the current dissatisfaction with congress over all and certainly with Obies policies DO NOT WIN, I think we're lost.. |

Then what? The GOP will start reducing spending and repatriating freedoms? Lol we pray they've learned from their failures and change their tune..do you vote? if not? you've no right to complain. If we vote for the Republican, and they then enact a bunch of socialist anti-freedom laws and create new three letter agencies to sexually assault citizens who have the temerity to want to get on an airplane can we complain then? Every time you see a story about some 6 y/o getting fingered by a TSA goon just remember that it happened because you believed in voting for the lesser of two evils. |

Every time you see a story about some 6 y/o getting fingered by a TSA goon just remember that it happened because you believed in voting for the lesser of two evils. whats your solution? What's yours? The TBK! method of voting for liberals doesn't seem to be working out so well... I think the only way to do anything politically is from the ground up. Start with the local dogcatcher and work up from there. Get people who represent you elected into the area that you have the most say in, your local one. Then go from there. I don't think there's much chance that will actually prevail; I think that the socialist indoctrination system known as the public schools (rot in fucking hell John Dewey) combined with forced participation in things like SS/Medicare-caid leading to even "conservatives" who won't end those cancerous programs because "I've paid my money and I want it back rabble rabble" etc have left us with a majority of the people who want socialism. Ultimately, if we want to change the .gov we'll need to change the culture. But I don't think we have the multiple generations needed to do that before the house of cards falls down. "If something cannot go on forever, it will stop," Herbert Stein "Socialist governments traditionally do make a financial mess. They always run out of other people's money." Margaret Thatcher |

He may be referring to the "sexually abuses minors" comment. That behavior has been well documented. I suppose we may differ on whether a random minimum wage high school drop out thug TSA screener "patting down" a 6 year olds genitals counts as sexual assault. Regardless, I can't really defend my position until I know what it is that he's claiming is incorrect. |

The Democrats: will vote in mass 6 or 5 times a piece straight down party lines. dogs, mickey mouse, and dead relatives will swell the ranks of the communist-progressiveness political machine
The republicans: Will vote Republican for the most part "Conservatives": will wind up the "your not right wing enough for me, imma take my ball and go home" attitude and vote libertardian, teaparty, or some other candidate that has no chance of wining. Independents: will either not care enough or split up depending on leaning "united we stand, divided we fall" Republicans are to busy fighting each other than focusing on getting a BETTER man in. If a tea party, or libertarian is beating a republican and is the most likely to win, go for it. ill be right there voting with you. Im a Conservative with significant tea party leanings. But Reagan advocating transforming the republican party from within. Im committed to this, Its time all the rest of you "conservatives" and "teaparty" were as well. But who am i kidding...

A prediction:
Before Obama is out the US will need to extend the debt ceiling once again. The Republicans will agree to more debt just like they did twice before even if they control the House and Senate. It really doesn't make much difference if the Republicans control the Senate or not. Very little of substance will change. |

8 seats, yes View Quote Apparently that's the "if the election was held today" count in the average of polls. That's pretty good news if it holds or improves from there, but it means it's put up or shut up time for the GOP. The downside of them fixing things is that Obunghole will be given the credit by the media, just like Slick Willie was. Now, should the Republicans take the Senate, my second wish would be for them to choose someone other than McConnell as Majority Leader. |
