So tonight immediately after work I started to feel sick. My throat started to close up. I also felt tired enough for a nap (I rarely take naps). I woke up about 2 hours later feeling even sicker. I mean fever, sore throat, dizzy etc..

I got out of bed and went downstairs to get some water, and eat something. I grabbed a banana and some yogurt... (healthiest things in the house).

I then laided back down and surfed the internet and deciding to work on some homework.

After about 2 hours of that shit I got out of bed and felt horrible.. I managed to fall down the stairs to the kitchen where I was going to grab another bite to eat because that banana and yogurt didn't fill me up, when I suddenly got really cold. I mean my teeth where chattering. So I decided to just take some Nyquil and go back to bed.

So here I am laying in bed not shivering anymore, but my fingers are cold while typing this shit.

So potential causes for my sickness.

1. Karma is a bitch.

I was in the break room at work today and the topic of flu shots came up. I was like yeah I need to get mine blah blah... I get sick maybe twice a year... blah blah

2. Stupid kid at work got me sick.

Said stupid kid walks up to me at work and tells me he is sick. I say that's nice now get away from me. He was like no don't worry about it blah blah blah when he is standing 1-2 feet away from me... Then 30 mins later he says that he threw up in the bathroom. I sent him home... This stupid kid incident happened about a week ago so I'm not sure that is the cause.

3. God hates me.

4. Ebola.

It's ok OP, I had Ebola all weekend, hopefully getting over it here with another good night's rest tonight. Slept 11 and 12 hours straight over the weekend

Option 5. You have the ebolaonics. You didn't mention that you actually measured your internal temp, until those results are out of spec, you do not have a fever. Ebolaonics are confirmed though. I would start a fire mission thread about it.

I've never understood people who don't get the flu shot/mist. The mist is painless and while it's not a guarantee against all strains of the flu, it certainly increases your odds of not getting it. The flu is no joke. I hope to never have it again.

Last week I was on a trip with the wife and got food poisoning. She knew it by the smell my dying body was producing ( crazy red head RN type with horse affliction). Ginger ale, gator aid and crackers. Took me two days to get out of bed, still had a headache for a day. I was camped out in the hotel room.

The morning after the tainted food, my vomit was a churning mess of up digested food from the night before. Once that stopped, then the runs which was the color of green pea soup but far more watery. And a stench that would gag a maggot.
