Got this puppy in to play with. OHC fun!
Had a bad timing belt. Thank god it is a non interference motor. 
Set the cam timing and replaced the belt and she came to life with a sweet little bark.

What did it cost you? They are typically more than a full size gm crate motor new.

Customer brought then into the store for me to fix . The OHC is about 4000 The rollered 8 carb motor is about 5000 And the Supercharged motor is about 7000
