1. When a witness testifies in front of a GJ are they sworn in (to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth)? 2. At a later date during a trial, can the defense or prosecution bring up transcripts of their GJ testimony: "According to your August 5th grand jury testimony you said X. Now you're saying Z. So which is it?" |
