I posted my Scout Mosin here

It weighs 7 lbs 9 oz with the Ultra dot. I am curious what the lightest sporterized Mosins end up weighing.

I would like to see pictures of your sporterized and scout Mosins and their weight.

This is not a trolling thread to bring out the haters. I am just curious about the various configurations and weights.

I really wanted to know if folks paid attention to the weight of their conversions. Even this particular rifle is a bit of a pig.

You are missing a bayonet...

You need the bayonet to hit targets at 12 miles out.
