It would be really cool if someone could figure out a way to rig the box so it completely falls apart when its opened, so they'd have a big pile of catshit they'd have to clean up. Even better if they couldn't wait to open it and did it in the car.

I believe the solution you are looking for is a jar 2/3 full of cat shit and vinegar, with a little dish washing liquid mixed in. A narrow bottle of baking soda in the center of the jar will provide the necessary effervescence and a lid consisting of plastic wrap secured by a rubber band will readily release once the shit-vinegar and baking soda mix. The dish soap will give a bit of foaming action, with each bubble popping and releasing it's own vile payload of stench, and allowing it to cling better.
This can be placed inside a loose gift wrapped box. As soon as the box is tilted even slightly, the baking soda bottle will tip over and mix. They will probably have several seconds before the pressure overcomes the plastic wrap. Enough time to get to their vehicle if it is close... Of course, this is all just hypothetical and I would never condone or recommend doing such a thing. |
