Should we ( whiteys only) go up there and like terrorize the place to unscrew the black crime numbers?

We just completed a hiring process at my PD.
We advertised on the black radio stations, went to the black community centers and set up a table, put tables at the local community college...... We got a couple of dozen black applicants. But none were able to pass the written test. My chief about shit a brick when I told him there were no minority and no female candidates that had a shot at getting hired. |
