I was talking to my cousin tonight who recently moved to Belguim (I'm a big fan of their waffles) and it got me thinking - where would I go if I were going to leave the US?
I haven't the slightest idea, so tell me where you'd go! |

Always wanted to visit New Zealand. Not sure if I would want to live there though. Haven't given it a lot of thought.

I've already thought about it, and its Canada. Gun laws aren't as terrible as most of Europe. There's plenty of English speaking territory to reside in, and the weather is nice and cold.
I can't say I'm serious about leaving, but Canada seems to be an easy pick. |

Canada, but only because I have Canadian citizenship . Small town in B.C. would be my choice, Falkland or the surrounding areas.
ETA: Or my hometown of Onoway AB. Even though it isn't the same as it once was. |

Bora Bora
There was a thread not too long ago where some said the Netherlands(i think), good gun laws, like americans, and easy to move to unlike a larger percentage or europe. Swissland would be great, but it's dam near impossible to move there. |

BC Canada, New Zealand, Australia. I'm too old to learn another language.

Spent some time in Australia. I loved it there, but at the time I was more interested in getting laid and drinking. Unfortunately, I was a lot more successful in one goal than the other. And while their gun laws suck, the people I met were very friendly.

That is a very good question. I will give it some thought and get back to you.

Probably the NW territories or maybe NZ or Oz. As far as European countries, I can into Nordic and maybe CZ, and maybe far south-west south america in the western hemisphere.

Probably Canada. I just came back from Tofino, BC, on western Vancouver Island and it was a great place.

Id need somewhere that wasn't subject to itar, had hogs, allowed night vision, Suppressors, and ar15 without any burdensome regulations and allowed you to hunt with all of the aforementioned gear.

So many! Belize, Canada, Ireland, UK, France, Bulgaria, Italy, almost anywhere in the caribbean, Australia, NZ, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Vietnam, Poland, Denmark, France, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia....the list goes on and on.
Yes, I like my freedom to own firearms, but I'm not going to let that limit where I move to if I have to leave the US. Too many wonderful places out there, to pare the list down by just that one qualifier. |

Some little island in the south pacific where I can enjoy the sun, live on the beach, fish to my heart's content, and not be bothered by other people. Just me and my buddy Wilson.

If Suomi 101 didn't die with my grandfather I'd say Finland. No idea how I'd learn the language since Rosetta Stone is lame.
