Guy was walking in traffic and yelling at cars, six police show up from thee agencies and it sounds like they all tried to talk him into calming down before they tazered him and wrestled him into cuffs. (yeah yeah it wasn't the tazer, he strangled or had a stroke or whatever-I ain't no doctor

The cops have no magic. If you call the cops to handle things with your out-of-control crazy relative, don't be shocked/surprised/upset if the end result is different than you anticipated. Again--they have no magic, but they also have no choice but to "handle it."
