Being ironic or over the top is funny with most things but usually not with firearms. If it is an inside joke like an engraving of Diane Feinstein fine..... but this isn't classy. Imagine if you ever got caught up in a bad scenario using this rifle..... it wouldn't really help your side of things when questioned by police / lawyer.
OP, If I were you, I would reface the mag-wells. It would clear up your machining marks you don't like and you can re-finish the lower. |

The shipping time of shadow ops is ridiculously slow, but the two that I ordered look, and function, perfectly. I would never order from them again, but its not because of quality, its because it took almost 19 months to get a product that was promised in six months.
What in the name of common sense went wrong when you decided on that for a graphic. Stupid ideas like that are why we don't have nice things OP. As others have said, i'd guess the guy doing the engraving looked at the file you sent and decided to take one out of the cull pile thinking that there was no way in hell it could look any worse than the graphic would already make it look. you shouldn't contact them, you should contact your mom upstairs and ask her to wash your mouth and eyes out with soap. |

Other than the retarded text on the receiver, that lower looks fine to me. The machine marks that can be seen are clean and break-up the large flat area giving some character.
