Bryan Cranston = Walter White After watching Breaking Bad I can't see him as anyone else. SAY MY NAME... In John Carter of Mars, it felt like he was just playing a role. He is Heisenberg. I really like Breaking Bad, but the whole time he was Hal from Malcolm in the Middle to me. I know that's not really fair, since he's such a good actor. |

I can't see Rober Deniro and R Lee Ermy as anything but bad asses of some type. I also can't see marky-mark as an actor.

Jeff Goldbloom will always be a creepy half-fly creature... Same when he's on the League or in Jurassic Park, or in Independence Day. "Aw I see... So you're going up to the satellite dish so you can irradiate yourself into some sort of fly hybrid?"

Got to go with Bryan Cranston. I put off watching BB because of Malcolm in the Middle but my son talked me in to watching an episode or two and I was hooked. He IS Heisenberg.

Jason Bateman pretty much just plays Micheal Bluth now in everything

I think the question has been interpreted two ways - actors with such limited range they cannot play another role, and those who are so identified with one role the viewer couldn't imagine them as anything else. For the first interpretation, I offer Nick Cage. No matter what role, he is always the same puppy-dog-eyed lethargic slug who tries to be introspective and pensive and just turns out to be boring. For the second, I agree with Heisenberg. He played that role to perfection. I offer Jim Parsons as Dr. Sheldon Cooper. I think he's brilliant in that role, and I enjoy the show enormously.

Quoted: He was pretty good in that film with Sam Elliot, who was a cop. Weller was a public defender. Naw a crime lord in SOA. I couldn't place the name, so I looked him up. I like his acting, and he is apparently a pretty smart cookie too. In 2004, Weller completed a master's degree in Roman and Renaissance Art at Syracuse University and occasionally taught courses in ancient history at the university. In 2007, Weller began a Ph.D. at UCLA, in Italian Renaissance art history.[13] He filed his dissertation in October 2013,[14] and revealed at the Official Star Trek Convention in Las Vegas on August 2, 2014, that he had obtained his doctorate.[15] |
