I had a coupe threads running a few months ago, my floors were a bit unique so my guess is it won't compare. We had about 1100 square ft of the rought sawn hickory and about 400 square ft of walnut. All done for $7600.

Around a dollar /square foot in chicago (always do 3 coats) water base is a little more but a lot better
