No Queen fans? Pity.
I grew up on Queen, my first single was Queen, and Freddie Mercury will always have a place in my heart. My God that gay man could perform! |

She's a killer, queen,
gunpowder, gellatine, dynamite with a laser beam, guaranteed to blow your mind. |

Queen kicks ass
Mammaa Just killed a man Put a gun against his head Pulled my trigger, now he's dead |

I wonder what kind of reception Queen would get if they didn't put out there stuff in the 70's but now instead. Sadly they would probably get flooded out and drowned by all the mass produced shit coming out today. People would rather listen to Nicki Minaj blatantly steal the entirety of Sir Mix A Lot while shaking her big ass than listen to something with class. Fucking sad. |

To avoid complications She never kept the same address In conversation She spoke just like a baroness

I never knew what the hell he was saying in that first line until you just posted it.

I'm sick of the gay agenda trying to label every famous person as a homosexual. First it was Alexander the Great, then J. Edgar Hoover, now it's Freddy Mercury. No one was calling him gay when he was leading para-glider missions behind enemy lines in Saigon for the French Foreign Legion in WWII. R.I.P. Col. Mercury. http://i837.photobucket.com/albums/zz296/KingRat_photos/WWIIMemorial_zps57ea2f28.jpg View Quote Ok, I laughed. You got me. Good on you. |

Fat Bottomed Girls is one of the best songs ever. Great lyrics and some killer guitar work.

If I could go back in time there are two bands I would want to see, Queen (I was too young at the time) and The Doors at the Whiskey a Go Go in LA.

I have loved Queen since they first started- I was 18 in '76.
I put this on my wife's FB page every year on our anniversary. "You're My Best Friend" Ooh, you make me live Whatever this world can give to me It's you, you're all I see Ooh, you make me live now honey Ooh, you make me live You're the best friend That I ever had I've been with you such a long time You're my sunshine And I want you to know That my feelings are true I really love you You're my best friend Ooh, you make me live I've been wandering round But I still come back to you In rain or shine You've stood by me girl I'm happy at home (happy at home) You're my best friend. Ooh, you make me live Whenever this world is cruel to me I got you to help me forgive Ooh, you make me live now honey Ooh, you make me live You're the first one When things turn out bad You know I'll never be lonely You're my only one And I love the things I really love the things that you do You're my best friend Ooh, you make me live. I'm happy, happy at home You're my best friend You're my best friend Ooh, you make me live You, you're my best friend. |

Great song. Was just listening to a pretty faithful cover of Killer Queen by Travis - damned good for a Brit pop band.

Saw them twice in Houston back around 80-81. Just fucking amazing.
Oh, almost forgot....I want to ride my bicycle, I want to ride it where I like.... |

I'm a big fan of Queen. The Album Night at the Opera and all it's songs brings back some of the best memories of my life. When I hear some of those songs, I am instantly taken back to 1975 with my friends and a certain girl……. GREAT times.
Just before his death, it has been said he was collaborating with an Opera star and was working on some new music. I wish he would have had a chance to release some of it. RIP Freddie. You were one special talent and made some killer music. |
