36 and 3 days.

So 4 days from term, and 3 weeks and 4 days from full (40 weeks)

We had her at Levines.  So you know we as the best place in the world for a premature baby, we had 14 doctors in there.

Just FYI, NHL.com has some crazy clearance deals right now on Jerseys.

I scored one for each of my boys for under $50 shipped. Go through the homepage for additional discounts. 5% for doing nothing, 10% for receiving emails.

Nice deal! They've been closing out the Blues old ones since they switched to their awesome new sweaters. I just pulled a smoking deal on some team issued blanks from prostockhockey.com.

Da' Burg.  N'at.  Yinz.  Come on.

What are pre-season games like?  I was planning on taking my daughter to Columbus for opening night, but ticket prices aren't coming down to where I am comfortable.  And the wife has been out of work sick for two weeks so we're going to be tight.  I'm thinking of taking her over this week instead for the pre-season game when Nashville is in town.  Are they as enjoyable as regular season games?  Hockey is hockey right?

LOL most people down here look at me like lobsters are crawling out of my ears when I slip into some pittsburghese, especially when I ask for chip chop ham, or a jumbo sammitch.

Another weird look, is when I say I'm going to the state store. No state stores in GA.

That's where I'm at with the Wings. I think the kids will do alright, but I don't think we'll do anything in the playoffs. If we even make it. Detroit media is pushing the playoff streak like it's amazing. Sure it kind of is, but the goal isn't to just make it to the playoffs and fail... it's to make a big dent in them.

Injuries have a lot to do with that, and the Wings had a huge number (2nd to the Pens IIRC) last year... But everyone has injuries by the end of the regular season. I still say they should reduce the number of games by probably 20% - the quality will go up even higher and the games will mean more. That's a sidebar though.

Also: TRADE FRANZEN.

Tlusty-EStaal-Semin

Gerbe-Rask-Lindholm

Malone-McClement-Brown

And with the 1st overall pick, the Hurricanes select Connor McDavid....
