I have to make that decision every morning. I put a roll of sausage on the smoker the other day so lately it's been sausage. But usually bacon wins out.

Both are okay, but I am a fan of steak and eggs myself. To be honest I don't really eat bacon that much by itself. I like it a lot on sandwiches though.

bacon preferred, but i'll take either. sausage is a close second.
I'm from Wyoming, but grew up in michigan. Not that it matters much, i rarely ever had it growing up eat it fairly often now. |

Both, but given a "pick 1 forever" option, it would have to be sausage. Bacon is great and all, but it is candy meat and in my dining, sausage is used more frequently. Sausage in my breakfast potatoes, sausage in my spaghetti, biscuits and sausage gravy, etc... I would miss sausage more than bacon.
