Not sure if I could call them stolen, but I've had a few ideas that showed up years later.
Mistletoe belt buckle. Thought of it at a Christmas party in high school. Five years later Jimmy Kimmel walks onto the Man Show with one.
Digital picture frame. Right after VGA flat-screen computer monitors came out, I was on a road trip with my GF and thought about taking one and putting a wood frame around it and hanging it on the wall. Only problem was I couldn't figure out how to hide the cord.
I'm always coming up with ideas that pop into my head. I tell my wife "million dollar invention" , spit out the details, then promptly forget all about it until I see something similar hit the market years later. I really need to focus better, and apply myself. I'd be retired by now.
Don't you hate it when you realize all your teachers were right? Damn A.D.D. keeps me from staying on a train of thought for more than five minutes at a time.
ETA: one of the most recent ones... I've been telling the wife for years that there should be some type of board game/game show titled "that guy from that show" focusing on all the supporting actors that everyone recognizes but don't know they're name.
