My dept got 15 M16s. We converted them to semi and stuck 14.5 barrels on them. I keep looking for some type of optic for them but its hard to find decent stuff.

We used big ass propane torches on our rail switches when they iced up....which creates water which freezes......rinse lather repeat. Union Jobs....gotta love em. |

Just checked my county out. No MRAP's, but a lot of 5.56 rifles and night vision. Oh, and two x-boxes. LOL
And quite a few of this description: guns, through 30mm What is that? The price per each was only like $120. |

[#8]
I heard complaints about the bayonets. The MK3MOD0 is a bayonet model. It is also an ordinance disposal robot. At the price of almost 200k, I am hoping they aren't bayonets!

Those are some awfully expensive laser rangefinders considering you can get a very good one that's reliable out to 600+ yards for a few hundred bucks. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

Sun, wind, dust googles? Fuck, those are gay, Those are some awfully expensive laser rangefinders considering you can get a very good one that's reliable out to 600+ yards for a few hundred bucks. CLRFs probably. You can hook them up to your GPS and they'll give you the grid coordinates of the target, you know for arty or air strikes. |

The county is live in now(Montgomery county, Va) got 20 5.56 rifles and 4 7.62 rifles. That's it.
Virginia Beach, where I'm from, got some 7.62 rifles, some helmets, a salad bar, a meat slicer, and a double stack oven. WTF?

My county got one MRAP and a "SHIPPING AND STORAGE CONTAINER, MISCELLANEOUS EQUIPMENT"
I live in a pretty small rural county. The largest city, the county seat, had a population of 1,735 in the 2010 census. |
|
[#28]
County has 6 556 rifles and 7 .45's.
I'm more armed than the county. GET SOME! |
|
[#29]
We got 61 entrenching tools. I'm sure they are tri-folds, and I am sure somebody hates their officers.
Oh! and a shit-load of .45s and M16s. One MRAP. |

My parish got 2 APC's. This parish has 22,000 people total and is as rural as it gets. It was Hazzard in the last dukes of hazard movie.
I'd like to know where they are hiding 2 APC's because I haven't seen them...

And I don't see any avalanche danger in Whitman County Washington. |

16 bandoliers
2 7.62 rifles Got almost 150 IR illuminators Got a few trucks, a dump truck, and a few utility trucks And this caught my eye: VIEWER,NIGHT VISION 1 Each $18,054.18 2/1/2008 PISTOL,CALIBER .45,AUTOMATIC 1 Each $58.71 5/25/2006 OK, so what night vision viewer costs 15 grand? What kind of .45 did my county just get, an AMT Backup? |
|
[#36]
My county got 2 of the $58.71 .45 automatic pistols and a $25,000 utility truck.
That's a sweet deal on pistols. The neighboring county got 20 of them and 20 $120 5.56 rifles. Plus 5 $138 7.62 rifles. Good frugal shopping I'd say. |
|
[#37]
My county got M14's valued at $138?
So does that mean the VEHICLE/ARMORED valued at $65000 is really an MRAP. And to calculate actual value I just add a zero? My rural county has NO POSSIBLE USE for either. Thanks for the post OP. |
|
[#38]
Oh god, what do they have planned? They bought duffel bags, a few tools, blankets, cots, medical supplies, a utility truck, a couple helmets and some rifles

My county has nothing.
My dad's county has a lot of M4/M16's, some trucks and miscellaneous mobile command post type stuff. A county I use to live in has TWO helicopters! Were I use to live outside KY, they had MRAPS and guns by the TON - 12 pages of stuff. Cool find - if accurate. |

10 helos, a couple grenade launchers, a butt load of ars, and 200+reflex sights
|

5.56 and 7.62 rifles. I want some of these $129 7.62 rifles and $499 5.56 rifles.

Just a couple dozen 5.56 rifles. Listed at $120 years ago and $499 for the recently purchased ones. Oh and a mine resistant vehicle whatever the fuck that is. It was $412,000
