I think they know its a good shoot and have to move on to the next story. I know people in the military, and despite some screwed up supply issues (including being short on ammo at one point) are far better armed than the best armed cops. Do cops have M2's? SAWS? I wouldn't say none do, but I doubt very few do. A dozen Navy SEALs with Winchester 1873's could have wiped out all of the rioters and protected the stores. |
