I hear that you can often find those elusive 20% off HFT coupons in some monthly publications.

Which mags would those be?

pretty much anything auto or firearm related. check your weekly junk mail, they usually have a flyer.

I get about 2-3 per month in local ad bundles and American Rifleman. Wish there was one closer. I might actually use a few here and there.

Every time I have went into a HF they have fliers by the front door with coupons in them.

You can usually just google them and find some or sign up on their website with your email. Alternatively here's a Picasa Web album that someone on an offroading forum I frequent keeps updated usually with 1-2 25% off coupons. I can usually always have a 20% off coupon somewhere either in email or in the mailed flyers but the 25% coupons are what are hard to find. I didn't check the exp. dates for them but I used one last month all you have to do is have the cashier type in the number at the bottom.

Be careful what you buy though, I've seen some things like their spring compressors fail pretty badly. Luckily nobody was hurt.

Or you can google "Harbor Freight coupon". You don't even have to print it. Just show one to the cashier on your smart phone and they can punch it in.

They're really not that elusive lol.

I raid all the mags in the break room at work for them, you can find them in pretty much any automotive magazine.

They also tend to have better coupons in those magazines than the ads... For some reason.
