1. They gave you a warning the first time you're caught stealing, then cut your hand off the second.
2. If you're found guilty without any doubt of murdering an innocent person and there is no gray area, death penalty on the spot.
3. Welfare was on 6 month terms and had to constantly be reapplied for. (6 months is enough to get on your feet and get a job)
4. Rapists got castrated.
5. People in jail were supported by family and friends, and not the government (Government doesn't give you food, they just house you)
6. DUI recipients lose license entirely.

Feel free to add to/comment about these thoughts. Just some random ones I had.

They? Who the fuck is "they"? How simple justification for deadly force for the owner of the property if theft happens in their presence?
I noticed you had to specify "[i]f you're found guilty without any doubt" for murderers... but not for rapists.
Oh, and you seem to be cavalier about spending 6 months of other people's money for them.
#5? Housing is support. You could have just said that the costs were to be reimbursed by family and friends. That irrelevant though... people are responsible for their own actions, your 'solution' just forces consequences on other people.
DUI 'recipients'? Someone received "driving", but they didn't just receive any kind of "driving", they received "driving under the influence"? Or did they just receive the "influence"? You have some really deep-rooted consistency problems.

Sorry about your shitty thoughts. Maybe think some more before posting?

1.  Good.
2.  Yes.
3.  There should be no welfare, period.
4.  The death penalty should apply also.
5.  This seems unrealistic.
6.  Yes.

Who's going to pay for the amputations and castrations, and what are these permanently disabled people going to do for work the rest of their lives?  Do you propose making them pay for it up front or billing their families? Good luck with that.  Many repeat DUI offenders are already driving without a license, so taking it away will not decrease drunk driving.

While it's nice to talk tough about violent crime and repeat offenders, any attempts to improve the system will either result in replacing one set of problems with another, or will simply never be realistically implemented.

Come on, cutting off the hand of a kid who steals two candy bars and castrating the guy who was falsly accused of rape can't possibly have unintended consequences.

Just wanted to address that small point:
Who cares? It's their responsibility to figure out how to stay alive.

With more than 50% of America getting some sort of government handout you're going to have to hire an army to process all that paperwork.

Remember when having a disability meant you were blind or missing an arm or a leg?

Now it means you get anxious ... which is what I get every tax season paying for those too lazy to contribute to their own upkeep.

Yep. How about this?

"Welfare was on 0 month terms and had to constantly be reapplied for. (0 months is plenty long enough for your stomach to force you to get on your feet and get a job)"

About the DUI.

Driving without a license is easy.

Take the fucking vehicle.

Much harder for a convicted drunk to borrow wheels.
