Kind of broad question. I guess I'd say you can never go wrong with flowers. Lots of flowers. Find a florist in your area and place an order for 30 Red roses (or another color if you wife prefers). That's a start. ETA: What are your wife's interests? What's the budget? Is there a particular luxury she's always wanted but felt it was too much of a splurge? |

Look around for local deals on hotels, especially if they're in another town. Get a cheap last-minute or out-of-season room, go spend the night.
