Sanctions against Russia for the Ukrainian bullshit they're pulling also applies to arms companies. Russian ammo can't be imported at the moment. The new round of sanctions that were announced today seemed to ban all arms for military or civilian use. I don't know if that was meant to encompass Russian manufactured ammo or not, but it certainly seems more likely to that the previous round.

Guess what happens to American ammo prices when they aren't facing Russian competition and supply drops to an all time low, while demand increases. Just playing devils advocate here, not sure what J&G has going on, but that's what would happen, from their point of view, if there is some sort of ban. |
