Are penalties being reduced with the current laws relaxing on marijuana sales? Should have been nulpros'd and on with life. |

So instead of using taxpayer's money to incarcerate him, they fine him instead...

He forfeited the Cessna plane.
DEA, DHS, and KHP tipped my local Sheriff to a jet at the airport with 206 lbs. of "high grade marijuana". Pilot is in jail on $1 million dollar bond. |
