There is a way for them to get a legal status. They have to play by ALL the rules, not just the ones they like or that fit their needs.

NO AMENSTY PERIOD

Reasons

1.) By giving amnesty your saying its ok for anyone to come in illegal to become a citizen

2.) Takes away from any new citizen (or any permanent resident) that waited filled out correct paperwork and came here legally

3.) If my grandma had to come here legally to run away from Nazi Germany had to learn English and had to assimilate in US culture everyone else should

Free rides aren't free. Send any illegal back and shoot on sight at the border (or at the very least hippie hose them back to Mexico) as well as pull all funding from all countries sending their citizens to us and stop all import/exports

That part about kids is how all these illegal kids are going to get their parents over here. Fuck them all, send them back.

My opinion, we need to redo Operation Wetback.

My stepmom (huge liberal), suggested we build orphanages in their respective countries, manned by their people, and send them back to their country. Not our problem, they should take care of their own. We got enough problems here.

A fence is our only hope. Nothing can defeat a fence. Except maybe bolt cutters, which Mexicans obviously don't have. My Leatherman will also cut through a chain link fence, but no way the Mexicans have one of those. One could use a shovel to dig under it, but I doubt they have shovels in Mexico, and even if they did, no one there would know how to use one. Might also just be able to drive through it, but luckily for us, they don't have cars in Mexico.

Yep, a fence is our only answer. it'll be an impenetrable barrier. Like the Death Star's force field.

More importantly, it'd help distract attention away from the only thing that'll actually work, which is vigorous prosecution of businesses employing illegals. The magnet that attracts them in the first place.

But that would be highly unpopular with the leaders of both parties. So let's talk about a fence. Damn it, we need a fence!

I think if you come across the border and reside here illegally, then your children should not get US citizenship.

If we passed such a law, I would care much less about illegals, though I'd still want them deported.

This poll, on AR15.com, is pretty much preaching to the choir.

It would be interesting to see this poll on MSNBC, FOX, CBS, etc.

Sadly, I don't think I'll see it there. And, since most get their news via the major networks (MSM), the likely participants have already been indoctrinated.

There are only two options: use deadly force against people who want to move, or don't.

You can tell yourself that "illegals" will just be turned away or jailed, but the end game of any law is deadly force. The problem is not that people want to move, it's that when they do move, their votes adversely affect people who currently live here.

The problem is Democratic mob rule, not immigration.

It was mostly done for my own curiosity. Someone in another immigration thread thought there were a large number of pro-amnesty folks here. I don't think there are if this poll is at all accurate!
