I heard it.

Was reading another thread, heard the jet, clicked on my feed, and that pic is pretty much where I saw it.

Then a second later the sound from the explosion reached the camera.

heard a woosh increasing in volume and then the boom.

Didn't hear an aircraft. seemed more like artillery to me.

reuters is replaying it now.

edit... thinking about it more... the woosh was probably an airplane. it was there too long before the boom for me to be hearing the round go by had it been artillery...

So they just dropped a bunch of flyers all over.

So... I think that probably means that area isn't going to be hit for a while... as they want people to come out and pick up and read the flyers...

then again still hearing booms.

This morning seems to be starting off just like yesterday. A whole slew of rocket launches out of Gaza. I suspect we'll see F-16s delivering another load of 2000 lb JDAM pain about anytime now. So get your feeds up and going.

I've got Reuters, Telegraph and Gaza Live! up, the Gaza Live has something that looks like incoming rockets in the little inset picture. Where can we go to see a full image of that inset?? Looks like the only activity right now.

I've also heard on CNN that Israel is calling a 4 hr cease fire. We've been there before though.

I thought I saw the flashed out out bound rockets. So much for the cease fire. The good news is it's well within Occupied's field of view today. The area looks relatively rubble free. That'll change.

One is center, a smaller one on the left that I think still has a rocket launcher on the roof and one on the right. You'll see which ones in just a few.

These may not be roof knocks. If the IDF can identify individuals in a building and those Merkava's could send a round into the room that may be what they were doing.

Dunno if already posted but a time lapse of the flattening of a Gaza with some nice big explosions.
