Julian Castro is a slightly more realistic golden child on that side, but he is young. That goes either way... He can be seen as an outsider with only one real DC post to his name and thus invigorates the party (lefty Rand or Cruz) so they can push forward with that, or he's a little too young now and they run someone else. |
