First off, dying isn't an option OP. My wife and I decided this when she was diagnosed at 31 with breast cancer.

Appreciate each day (I know you will) and live NOW. Right now. Your life is about to get so much better. You will be soooo tired, and soooo happy at the same time. Focus on your little one. Nothing else matters right now. Cross each bridge as you get to it, and right now you have a wonderful bridge to cross. Focus on baby and Momma, and meeting their needs, and the rest will fall into place in it's due time.

Stay strong. Keep positive your body reacts to stress so keep yourself upbeat. I have a uncle hat has survived cancer at least twice, he has four kids. They are religious and that has always kept them very strong.
