I've cleaned up and updated the OP with all the latest information. I've also done so with my Spreadsheet.
Please take the time to read through it again to make sure everyone is on the same page and that I haven't omitted anything, or forgot to remove someone. It has new information in it and will help you prepare what supplies/food you might want to bring. |
