Ran across this on Imgur.

It's pretty.  That's about all I got.

ETA: the ammunition consensus is:

.22 Hornet

8mm Mauser

20 Gauge

.22 Hornet over 2X 8mm Mauser over 20 gauge?

Awesome.

I'd love to see pictures of the lockwork... that's got to be some interesting stuff.

Squint really hard at the headstamp and you'll see .22 Hornet.

Didn't a lot of Nazi pilots carry guns like these in the cockpit as survival weapons?

I zoomed in on my phone but couldn't make out anything.

I even tried the old "enhance, enhance, enhance" trick.

Doesn't really matter how heavy it is, cause the guy hunting with one of those probably isn't carrying a goddamn thing.

Not necessarily.  I've handled a couple of drillings and vierlings and they are surprisingly not that bad in terms of weight; one drilling was actually quite light.  I suspect it has to do with being a breech-loader which does not need a receiver or bolt group.

I'd love to have a sort of "survival" vierling with maybe .30-06, .375 H&H Magnum, .22LR, and 12 ga.

It has to be German.
