-may baybay didnt do nuffin. -he was a good kid -just about to turn his life around I hate thieves... And you can judge the facebook crap for what it is. 15yo with drugs/money/guns/ink... Local to me. Troopers are investigating a fatal crash that happened after Opelousas Police attempted to make a traffic stop on a group of teenagers reportedly in a stolen car. State Police say Opelousas Police Chief Perry Gallow asked them to handle the investigation. It happened shortly after 4:00 a.m. at LA Highway 357 and Napp Lane. Troopers say Opelousas Police officers attempted to stop a 2010 Jeep Wrangler, driven by 15-year-old Deontei Fuselier of Lafayette, for traveling the wrong way on US Highway 190. Fuselier allegedly refused to stop and was pursued by officers through Opelousas. Troopers say Fuselier lost control of his vehicle in a curve and traveled off the left side of the road causing his vehicle to overturn. Fuselier and the other three occupants, all of whom were unrestrained, were ejected from the vehicle. Fuselier was pronounced dead at the scene by the St. Landry Parish Coroner. Two of the passengers in the vehicle, a 13 year old male and a 14 year old male, sustained moderate injuries and were transported to a local hospital. The third passenger in the vehicle, a 15 year old male, was transported to a local hospital in critical condition. |

Hang car thieves like they used to hang horse thieves.
Nothing "cool" or "bad ass" about getting your neck stretched. |

we should treat this the way gun-grabbers treat shootings.
Blame Jeep! And blame the Jeep owner for not securing his vehicle better. |

Clearly, we need to lower the speed limit on those roads.
