A great idea - especially for vehicles. Needs more thought for a " GENIUS " trigger.... maybe a mercury switch?

Everything about the rig except the cell phone part is an old-school boobytrap.
Also, you can rig that to a land-line phone to do the same thing for in your house. |

Why could you set up a Bluetooth device to do the same. Tuck the phone away somewhere discreet, the whole package could be hidden,
Cell phone with wires hanging out or soldered to it is just begging for trouble. |
